I believe the Draconian spoken language sounds like a mix of Gaelic/Celtic, Hungarian and Arabic with a lot of hard growled, throbbing 'h' and crackling 'sh'. Have you ever tried to speak a language you 'forgot' but somehow your lips can 're-create' it?
